Looking Under The Hood And Kicking The Tires

"I think it's fair for people to look at this episode along with all others things that I've done over the last 20 years. When you are running for president your life's an open book. And I think that people have a right to lift the hood and kick the tires and this is one element of a much larger track record that has led me to not only run for president but to help build a movement all across the country. (end at 12:38 in the video)

Which candidate is using diversionary tactics? When some media points and bloggers began asking questions about his life over the last 20 years, lifting up the hood and kicking the tires this was the response:

and this response:

and this response:

So now in this video Obama is saying that you should no longer be looking under the hood and kicking those tires cause you should know everything there is to know anymore.

Or you get this response:

This means "do not question." Michelle Obama made PUBLIC statements and Obama is saying that the media "should be careful" and he calls them "attacking my wife" when they question her comments, her public comments. And Michelle even goes on to say "about not talking about the things to do with making their lives better" DIVERSIONARY TACTICS from honest questions about the man's life over the last 20 years. CHECKING UNDER THE HOOD!

Or go to this news site for the full interview of Biden

Who's comments are divisive? Have you ever heard McCain make any similar comments about Obama? No you can't. Here's the high road McCain took. McCain is a man of honor and NEVER speaks in such divisive ways.

McCain's advertisements are pointing out FACTS about Obama. The Facts themselves are offensive not the messenger.

I can't believe the election is a week from today. Coming down to the wire. I'm so sick of Obama ads I can't stand it.

I would like to know how bringing up serious flaws in Obama's past can be considered " Negative " campaigning, but they can pick apart Joe the Plumber and Sarah Palins clothing and make it news worthy. What will we do Lauren, if the worthless one get's elected and he enables his Fairness Doctrine ? You know that people like us will be gagged and bound !

@chatblanc - according to many online polls McCain is ahead. Somethings rotten in Denmark for sure.

@meaghan, Try again later...there's a lot of important stuff to see.

@lot2learn - we're are going to have to get behind Malkin and the rest and hope they protect us I suppose. Even if "he" wins this election this country is divided. There's people to support us. I hope they are as brave as McCain is!
