Ayn Rand
I never heard of Ayn Rand until I was 37. The educational establishment purposely hid her from me. Reading her book Atlas Shrugged and watching this clip of her I realize just how much I think like Ayn and always have. I never had that one person I could write about that I admired whenever prompted to by some school assignment. Had I known about Ayn Rand then it surely would have been her.

This stimulus plan upsets me beyond belief. I have never been more mad about anything in my life. It feels like we are losing our country.

You know what this Obama fascination reminds me of?
The poor woman who is so obsessed with the smooth talking asshole of a boyfriend but cannot see what a horrible person he is. EVERY ONE of her friends can see he is a total jerkoff, but she is so happy to have landed him (and he is so much better LOOKING than her last boyfriend) and he is so good looking that she just is blind to how BAD he is for her.
Its like half or more of our country is that stupid woman. He's gonna flame out and we will be worse off than we were before.
I cry for my children, we are wrecking their future.
We all know the deal here: Nobody approves of the spending -- they solely approve of the messiah's insistance that we do this or meet our day or reckoning.
While Bush was still in and was agreeing for bailouts, he was torn apart by the same folk imploring neo-Jesus to spend.
Nobody's ever ran for President who didn't want to run the country, but this is a hostile takeover if you ask me.
