If you are not free to choose wrongly and irresponsibly, you are not free at all - Jacob Hornberger
A 'No' uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a 'Yes' merely uttered to please, or worse, to avoid trouble. Gandhi

Classic .. the liberal mind has "ideals". Kindness, giving handouts, peace, sharing wealth, etc etc.
That is as far as there understanding goes. Without knowledge and facts, they are just that, ideals. I would love to drop one of these kids into Iran or any other country that wants Americans converted or exterminated for one year. Without ANY doubt they would be forever changed, or dead.
The last statement by Rice: ""By definition, if it was authorised by the president, it did not violate our obligations under the Convention Against Torture,".
There are so many things wrong with that statement I wouldnt even know where to begin.
@CHANDRAKANT - ok I'm giving you ONE chance to make your LEGAL argument because this is a legal situation...so I'm not interested in your idealism opinion. If you think it is WRONG...connect the dots LEGALLY to prove your case. OR SHUT UP.
