This is a picture of a co-worker who is 90 years old and yours truly. I took it with my cell phone, so you'll have to get over the bad lighting and angle.
You'd never know this woman was 90. She has more energy than I do. She walks up huge flights of stairs every night. I watch her dance during the performance and do her stretches and all kinds of other things for her body. She's had two hip replacements.
It's amazing what a good attitude can do for you.

@D.O.M - Well I can understand your confusion at your age and since everyone is younger than you it makes it even harder to discern. ;p
She is just lovely .. some people just shine "forever" Lauren.
Oh I think it's mostly about attitude and partly in the genes :O)
