Caption This And Carrie's Friday Foto Fiesta

This is my submission for this weeks Friday Foto Fiesta over at Carrie's place.

However I am mixing it up a little too. In honor of a great blogger, Joe I'm going to run a caption this contest.

The best caption will be judged by the crotchety old man himself and a few secret judges too.
