Karyne, yes she did like it and I heard a lot of whispers about it being so thoughtful and creative. (I am patting myself on the back right now-heehee ;-) Thanks for asking. The ear plugs got a HUGE LAUGH.
I'd only use it if someone else made the batter and it had chocolate chips in it. And then someone else washed the waffle iron while I ate a huge, buttery pile of chocolate chip waffles. I can dream...I got laundry baskets at my shower. Sigh. My kids use them for sleds in the winter.
And according to everyone over at The Junk Drawer, they'll use it a LOT!
